Our way of working: 'We say what we do, and we do as said'

Characteristic of our way of working is our personal and individual guidance. Only in this way we can garantee our clients' satisfaction. The right house in the right environment will be different for each client. In addition to the "bare" facts, the sense of feeling plays an important role. In order to know what you are looking for, individual guidance and personal attention is a must.

On entering the co-operation we start with an in-take interview. In consultation with you we make a client profile. This interview will take place with drs. Mrs. V.A.A.M. Haverhals-Hilders and/or Mrs. A.J.E. Ottevanger-Maas.
After the interview we shall plan a route to make you familiar with the environment and the houses. Part of this process is that we get to know you better. What are the things that you pay special attention to, what is important to you?

With the information obtained we accentuate our client profile. Subsequently, on the basis of this profile and on the basis of the information supplied by you and by your personal assessment we shall search a suitable house in a suitable environment. We shall do so either together with you, or you give us the instruction to search a suitable property independently. In the latter case we shall inform you as soon as we think we found the suitable property.
To put it shortly, together with you we decide on the most efficient way of searching a suitable property for you.

Other characteristics of our way of working are transparency and clarity. Therefore, we work on a "no cure, no pay basis".
